“On September 28, 2026, My mom and I went to Brandsmart USA in Dania Pointe to buy a new mircowave. At first when we got there, there was no one to help us. Not a single a employee didn't notice or approach us with assistance. Then, a fellow brandsmart associate by the name of Carlos Martinez came by with professional customer service and greeted us. He showed us a line of microwaves and asked what type of microwave we were looking to buy. Carlos found us the perfect mircowave and was very helpful. Carlos is a excellent employee and showed me and my mom the best customer service ever. Every Brandsmart Employee should follow Carlos's steps and guides to become a professional sales associate in Brandsmart USA.”

“Only one word required: EXCEPTIONAL!! Last Friday evening, after 5 PM, I found myself in urgent need of a AVB-enabled Ethernet Switch. Even though the store had already closed, Victor Alvarez answered my call. His kindness and dedication were truly remarkable. Not only did he take my call, but he also went the extra mile by delivering the switch to my location. This switch was a critical component for a system that absolutely had to be operational the following day. I cannot express enough gratitude to Victor for his outstanding assistance. I look forward to doing a lot more business with WAVE Electronics in the future. Thank you, Victor, for your exceptional customer service!”

“I'm on first name basis with all staff at this pharmacy, and they are overwhelmed by rude obnoxious locals and tourists who want their prescriptions yesterday. Then the 4th COVID option comes along and they're short staffed! I love these folks, have some compassion please!”

“Dez has been working with me for ages now! He makes sure that everytime I come in I'm taken care of, and I've seen him be the same way with everyone else he works with. Everyone here works to the bone to make sure we're all taken care of! Thank you Dania T-Mobile!”
