“I did a walk in for the Genius Bar and was lucky to get an appointment 2 hours later and I was assisted by Gregory. I had the absolute best experience with him assisting me. He calmly walked me through all possibilities for the reasons behind my screen flickering, did some troubleshooting, and when he found the cause, he walked me through all the options I had available and his personal advice. At no point did the appointment feel rushed or did I feel forced to buy something; he was so personable and it was a pleasure to walk away from the interaction without feeling dismissed.
