“I did a walk in for the Genius Bar and was lucky to get an appointment 2 hours later and I was assisted by Gregory. I had the absolute best experience with him assisting me. He calmly walked me through all possibilities for the reasons behind my screen flickering, did some troubleshooting, and when he found the cause, he walked me through all the options I had available and his personal advice. At no point did the appointment feel rushed or did I feel forced to buy something; he was so personable and it was a pleasure to walk away from the interaction without feeling dismissed. “This used to be my favorite Target, and I still love the Target brand, but lately this location just hasn’t been the same.
Over the past several visits, I’ve noticed they’re frequently out of stock on everyday items, and the clothing selection seems much smaller than at other Target stores. It just doesn’t offer the same enjoyable shopping experience it once did.
I’m not sure what’s changed, but I hope they can bring back the wider selection and better inventory that made this location such a favorite.”
