This is their 3rd teeth cleaning with this company and they are the best and kindest people ever. Jasmine was the technician who cleaned their teeth on today's visit. She took the time after to explain everything with my older dogs teeth and I appreciate that. I drive 2 hours from the West Coast of Florida to bring my dogs here because they are so good and I highly recommend to anyone.”

“My dog has bad allergies and her reactions cause atopic dermatitis and ear infections. I called the clinic and was able to get an appointment right away. They were very patient with me over the phone and answered all my questions about the cost of the visit and what to expect. I also feel like we were in and out of there the day of our appointment but in a good way. The doctor took his time to examine my dog and prescribe what she needed. My dog is doing so much better. I will be bringing my pets here from now on.”

I walked in feeling helpless because of my fur baby Panzcha.Another vet in another location told me to put my furbaby Panzcha down, and they overcharged me for unnecessary tests and they gave her an eye infection. Unfortunately I took her to this place because doctors Cox was not available and I panic.I drove 45 minutes to see DrCox as an emergency visit today since my last visit in March. Yes my Panzcha has an eye infection from that other place, and I know her kidneys are failing… but Doctor Cox took my fabulous Panzcha in, and unlike the other place I sat that whole time with my furbaby while the doctor and assistant took care of her.I now know for sure that this is the place I’ll be forever thankful and the honesty and caring way Dr Cox has shown .. I am forever thankful with gratitude. My Panzcha purrs was my biggest affirmation that my Panzcha loved and trusted Dr. Cox. At the other location my Panzcha hissed and bit the vet and once they found out I did not wanted their services they just left me alone with no answers and told me to leave.Dr Brandon Cox, we need more amazing caring humans like you. You gave me your honest opinion and my heart is grateful.. thank you also for the hug.. no one in any other place had given me a hug when I was trying to hold back my tears from fear of not been able to help my Panzcha.My Panzcha is a senior.. over 10, I rescued her back in 2018 .. Dr John prescribed an antiinflammatory medication.. which worked very well. Maxx was his old self within two weeks. “Dr. Bergeron and Tiffany are everything and more than we could have asked for. My only regret is that we wish we would have found them sooner. We unfortunately were going to Heroes 8 years until I had an emergency. My dog was very sick, they told me to come in and turned me away. A good friend told us about Park Vet Hospital. Unfortunately they diagnosed our girl Zoey with Lymphoma that spread throughout her abdominal wall. We of course broke down. She's our daughter, not a pet. She was in so much pain until they put her on steroids and pain killers. We know Zoey's time is limited but today, Zoey was happy, smiling, with very little pain. At least we know we have some time until she lets us know it's time to move onThey were so loving, empathetic, caring and very thorough and educated. Working in the medical field, this really means the world to me. They treated us as I treat my patients. At least we know we have some time until she lets us know it's time to move on. This would have never happened without Dr. Bergeron and Tiffany. I love them for what they have done for Zoey, my husband Brian, and myself. I will recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet or plans on getting one. We will continue to visit them and consider them friends. I would never go to another vet ever again. God bless the entire team there. Especially Dr. Bergeron and Tiffany.”
