This is a fantastic Crossfit gym. Lots of space. Friendly and knowledgable instructors. Fun group of people.

The coaches are phenomenal here. They take the time with you. As a beginner you learn with everyone and work your way through the daily routines. I'm in 7 months now and so happy I started with Afterburn. You can start as a novice or advanced, you'll fit in regardless of ability.

Was in town for a conference, and Sarah and the Afterburn team were awesome. They were super accommodating, and run a great gym with solid programming. Many options for all skill levels. Will be back!
