“First the staff Jeff and Andrew have excellent knowledge of fitness. The facility has a great layout, variety of equipment and cleanliness is outstanding. Being 65 years old the Evolt evaluation was very beneficial and Red Light Therapy is GREAT for any aches or pains from aging or injury.”
