Based on the reviews, Davenport Ace Hardware offers excellent customer service and a beautiful, clean, and organized store. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and ready to greet and assist with any needs. One employee was exceptional, running all over the store to find what a customer needed without giving up. Another employee in the key shop was also super friendly and helpful. The store has a wide selection of different products and good brand names with reasonable prices. Customers describe it as a great experience and plan to return.
I would like to give DJ a compliment. I stopped in for ceramic glue, Sunday. Even though he was running around helping at least two other people AND the only one running the register, when he showing me the glues I felt like I had his full attention. That dude is a machine. . I got his “mug shot.” lol
