“The best customer service. As soon as I walked in, someone came up to me and asked if I needed help and brought me right over to the anode rod I needed for my water heater. The place is also well organized and VERY clean. I didn't have a lot of time, so I didn't get to look around much, but they have a lot of great brands like Stihl. I live in Davenport and its worth the 10 mile drive.”

“This is by far the best harbor freight I have been to. I have been to a few different HF stores in my time and I must say that Rikki and his team are the best. The HF on HWY 27 in Haines City is always helpful. There is a young lady who always picks up the phone, even if she has to put you on hold for a moment; finish with her current customer and then help who ever is on the phone. The entire team knows they can ask each other for help or will direct you to the person who knows more about the product you are searching for. Every time I have been in they have been efficient, kind and knowledgeable.
I have literally ran in during my lunch break, walked right up to someone, told them my time crunch and desired product and they walked me right to the product and walked me straight to a register so I could get in and get out.
There has literally only been 1 time when they could not meet my need and directed me to the Lakeland store. I had such a horrible experience at the Lakeland store I will never go back. The Lakeland store was disorganized, the sales woman was rude and told me to stop talking (when she was asking me questions, which was weird) and the manager was dismissive.
I will never go back to the Lakeland store.
I will always shop at the Haines City Store and if need be I will order online and wait for delivery.
Rikki and his team are the best, this store is the only HF I will shop at from here on out.”
“I'd say shop around some things are a good deal. I bought a package unit air conditioner for less than half what I would have paid elsewhere. I needed a few pieces to connect the ducts and they were significantly less from another vendor. Enough to make it worth the extra travel and time. If your the type that wants to ask questions, I've never felt the staff has the knowledge to help with technical advice. if you're a handyman pro-sumer type their 4.5 stars if you are a home DIYer their 3 stars.”
“First time I have ever walked into a Home Depot and someone asked if they could help me right away and took me to location. I am sorry I cant remember her name...I'm old!. But very pretty dark skinned woman.
I usually at other Home Depots have to walk up and down isles to find someone to help me.”

Consequently, we decided to notify a manager for further assistance. We informed Ron, the store manager on duty, that we had been advised to wait despite the store not being busy.
