I’ve lived in Lakeland FL for two years. My residence is above my business office. I only have issues with FedEx specifically out of Davenport. Our business doesn’t doors are usually locked during business hours and there is a sign with a number to call for someone to come to the door. 100% of the time they don’t have the time of day to call the number for the door to be opened within a minute. They need to change their delivery policies with businesses because our office is always open when they come and they say “delivery attempted, business closed” when the business is open! It’s just pure laziness and lack of work ethic. Some of the packages are for the residence with important things like medications being delivered.

Nothing but issues .. I wish shippers would stop using them . Two packages they never attempted to redeliver and then claim they “ lost “ and now waiting on a third shipment that they refuse to let me schedule a date when we are able to accept delivery.. they actually cost me money this year . Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone .

I’ve consistently had issues with delivery driver Pedro. Every time he delivers to my home, he refuses to bring the items to my front porch or front door, even though there are no restrictions preventing him from doing so. There is a clear and accessible path, and I have seen other drivers use dollies to deliver heavier items without any problems.
Instead, Pedro always leaves the packages near my garage door—often right in the middle of the driveway—and simply drops them there. This has happened repeatedly, and I have video footage from multiple security cameras showing this behavior. I’ve even contacted management and shared the videos, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism in this situation, especially after making several complaints. I hope this issue is addressed soon.

They clearly can’t read, because my packages. (Multiple) got sent to the wrong address. I’m on walnut LANE. They delivered to Walnut STREET. Read the damn label.

Some of the driver steal packages. I order something online a while ago and I still haven’t received my package. Every time I called them it’s a different excuse from them on why my package wasn’t delivered yet.

Package 773299555267 was shipped to the correct address but not delivered because FedEx saw the suite empty (this was my furniture in this shipment) and returned it to the Davenport shipping center. I spoke with the Davenport manager who said that the package was there and addressed properly and would deliver it. But, it never came. I contacted FedEx support and was treated disgustingly poor and hung up on. Said they have no label to deliver it but that isn't true according to the manager at the Davenport shipping center who had the order in front of him when I spoke with him. Orders 390614365656 and 882457917230 were addressed to my business address in Clermont but delivered to a completely different City (Maitland) because FedEx arbitrarily changed the address because I do receive many packages at my Maitland location and my Clermont location is new. FedEx support (managers) said that they cannot fix this and the sender (Amazon) needs to call and change the address but I tried to explain that the sender did put the correct address and they need to change nothing. I need it delivered to the address on the label but FedEx support just doesn't listen. They told me they can't help and Amazon needs to call and file a complaint with FedEx. I have no way of getting Amazon to file a complaint against FedEx so basically there are no options for my packages according to the support team.

Trying to reach FedEx, to speak with some one not a recoding system that can't help my situation. Need to speak to a real operator...deliver my package to the wrong address.
All they tell me is it was deliver .but not to my address 416
.it went to 426 your driver can't read ...!!

If I can give 0 stars I would, this is the worse shipping company ever existed, they got nothing but lazy bum drivers and very inconsistent logistics process, I had a package stolen from them, the tracking number is 289229031026 and the driver never stops at my house when I was waiting, he kept driving, they told me I can't even go pick up my package at my facility, it's been 2 weeks and nothing, no response, I have to call customer service somewhere in India and I can't even talk to an actual American worker, smh
