“This is such a wonderful location. Francisco was amazing. He had a lot of patience and was very personable. Would recommend this location a million times over! I’ve met another person on staff and they were wonderful as well. So the location is a 10/10.”
“It is the holiday season, and customer service employees can be very stressed. But every employee that I have talked to, regardless of if they are at order pickup, customer service desk, or working at a register have all been happy and pleasant. I know it is not an easy time if the year for them, and I truly appreciate the hard work they are doing to help.”
“Chris Trelles was SO helpful and took his time with us. Very patient and also listened to all of our needs. He didn't make us feel pressured to make a decision or anything like that. We will definitely come back to purchase from him again!!!!”
“I love my Target store at Northeast Polk County. I can’t wait till the new one is built closer to Haines City. I love the variety of options that they offer and I always get sucked into the dollar section when you first walk in target is like a trip to an amusement park if you don’t have one nearby, you find all the things you didn’t know you needed.”

“We had a great experience with Mattress Firm Posner. Michael was great help without pressure as we shopped and he helped us find a good deal on what we wanted. We ended up needing to exchange our mattress and he provided great customer service every step of the way. Francisco was a big help as well. Highly recommend this store, Michael, and Francisco.”
