I will like to thanks Ms. Vidya O’Neil for all her help. The they before Thanksgiving and the branch was already closed she made time to help me we need more people like her in this World and again thank you thank you thank you.

Great customer service. We just opened a business account and everyone we talked to was extremely nice and helpful! Looking forward to banking here. Thank you all so much :)

Although credit unions site states no surcharge for pulse credit union members, this is not correct. A surcharge of $4 to use atm. Can go into the credit union and fill out a form with ID to withdraw cash or do other banking to avoid surcharge.
