“I went into Trustco today and Daisy helped me. She was very efficient and explained that my checking account had been closed due to me not using it. I intended to start using it ASAP since I did a HELOC loan through Trustco previously. She communicated with Rosa, the manager, and together they were able to get a new checking account set up for me & ensured my first HELOC payment was on time. Daisy was very nice, informative and friendly. Rosa was busy doing something else important, but was able to multi task to get me out of the bank quickly. I have now had several interactions with Rosa over the past two years and besides being a great employee, I can tell she is genuinely a very good person in general. She is always so sweet and pleasant and always willing to help, even when the timing isn't the best-she makes it work to serve her customers! She is AMAZING! ❤”

“I would like to recognize a Assistant Bank Manager Ms. Laura Navarro. I came into this Branch on Wednesday dealing with fraud activity in my account. I was upset and basically sick to my stomach. Laura worked with me for over a hour getting in touch with her fraud dept . Her gentleness and compassion was something you don’t see too much more. She put me at ease and was able with the support of the fraud dept get me a new card and checking account. She went that extra mile to let me know that she had me. I can’t thank her enough for working from Wednesday to Friday helping me with such grace and kindness.”

“I’ve been using MidFlorida for about 4 years now and they’re always great! Today I went in because I had to replace my card due to wear and tear, the floater they had in helped me with the process (I believe her name was Paula, forgive me if I’m wrong) I had a brand new card and new knowledge about different cdc’s that I’m eligible for within 20 minutes as well as knowledge about their student banking accounts for my siblings. I’ve never had to wait an unbearable amount of time here”

“So grateful for the help of the manager.... I am visiting from Arizona and had the wrong directions which guided me through a golf club (I would’ve been there in 3 minutes with these directions) and the security would not let me pass through because it was private property. Instead this caused me to flip around and drive another 25 minutes get there at 5:03. I was so frustrated with these Apple Maps not being updated and security! It was an urgent need for me to make it for my vacation money and I am thankful for this manager Wanda who ended up hearing me out and allowed me to do a transaction through the drive up window. Thanks”

“I had an outstanding experience at this branch! Jose and Giselle were both incredibly attentive, professional, and took the time to meet all of my financial needs. They also made the process of helping my son open his very first checking account smooth, easy, and memorable. The branch manager even came over to introduce himself, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as customers. The entire team provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional banking experience. Thank you all for making our visit such a pleasant one!”

“We opened an account in the Davenport branch of Center State Bank in 2013. Right from the word go it has always been a pleasure going into the branch and dealing with the staff there. Being customers in a different country does have it's issues but we, Southstate Bank and us, have always managed to work our way through them. Even closing our account was a really nice experience, only closed because all our other interests in Florida have now finished. Special shout out to Laura Navarro who has been particularly helpful to us for the past 5 years.”

“Banker, Mrs. Bethine Blackwood was exceedingly kind. She was able to connect me to the right person regarding mortgage questions. Overall, a very professional and clean atmosphere. One can tell it is a busy location, but the professionalism can be felt upon entry.”
