“Thank you Jhaden! Great service. I was at a different UPS location and they were no help, my gut told me to try another way and I stumbled upon this location. Everyone working had excellent customer service and Jhaden was fast & efficient. Immediately helped me and took care of exactly what I needed. Will only come to this location moving forward. I appreciate the reliable excellent customer service. Thanks again!”

“The staff here have always been amazing and helpful. The only reason for not being a 5 star review is because they seem to be understaffed. Not their fault though.”

“I was dropping off ink recycles and had a small purchase. It was crazy busy in the store as it was during the holidays. There was a line for returns and a line for purchases. Sam was working both at the same time with remarkable customer service. His attitude was so friendly and filled with Christmas spirit. This is definitely not the norm while shopping in area stores. He's a great asset to Staples! I also would like to note that I have excellent delivery service from this store. Thank you! A year later-I made a significant purchase. Luis was extremely helpful. Unfortunatley I had to shop shortly before store closing but he still had a great attitude, answered all my questions, helped with coupons, etc. This store always has exceptional customer service, not very common nowadays. THANK YOU!”
