“I was dropping off ink recycles and had a small purchase. It was crazy busy in the store as it was during the holidays. There was a line for returns and a line for purchases. Sam was working both at the same time with remarkable customer service. His attitude was so friendly and filled with Christmas spirit. This is definitely not the norm while shopping in area stores. He's a great asset to Staples! I also would like to note that I have excellent delivery service from this store. Thank you!
A year later-I made a significant purchase. Luis was extremely helpful. Unfortunatley I had to shop shortly before store closing but he still had a great attitude, answered all my questions, helped with coupons, etc. This store always has exceptional customer service, not very common nowadays.
