Staff are very friendly and helpful. They move quickly to eliminate any long lines. Store is always very clean and conveniently located with ample parking. This UPS store is a one stop shop, offering a wide range of services…shipping, faxing, copying, document shredder, notary services, etc.”

“I was dropping off ink recycles and had a small purchase. It was crazy busy in the store as it was during the holidays. There was a line for returns and a line for purchases. Sam was working both at the same time with remarkable customer service. His attitude was so friendly and filled with Christmas spirit. This is definitely not the norm while shopping in area stores. A year later-I made a significant purchase. Luis was extremely helpful. Unfortunatley I had to shop shortly before store closing but he still had a great attitude, answered all my questions, helped with coupons, etc. This store always has exceptional customer service, not very common nowadays.
