Victoria Park Apartments is a resort-style apartment community that makes everyday life feel like a constant vacation getaway. Residents describe it as a very special community with first-class amenities and above-and-beyond customer service. The grounds are gorgeous and impressive, featuring a breathtaking pool with zero entry and rock waterfalls. Amenities include an indoor lounge with billiard tables and games, an indoor basketball court, sand volleyball, a tennis court, a car care center, and a pet wash station. The staff is consistently noted as awesome, fantastic, wonderful, efficient, super nice, helpful, and sweet. The office team and leasing consultants provide excellent service, making tours and the move-in process a breeze and super smooth. The maintenance team is highlighted for being super quick, always on time, very courteous, super accurate, very respectful, and fast to handle both important and minor requests the same day. The apartments offer great location and pricing for the area. While units are noted as not new, residents are very pleased and extremely pleased with the property and their apartment for the value. The community is also reported to be relatively quiet. Overall, residents feel that choosing to live at Victoria Park is the right decision.

Great location and pricing for apartments in the Championsgate area. The property manager, Amy Sanchez, and her team are wonderful. Overall good community and amenities.
