Evander Square Apartments

Apartments
Hours: Evander Square Apartments is a quiet, clean, and safe community that many residents find to be a pleasant and happy place to live. The leasing staff, including specific agents, are consistently described as outstanding, super kind, helpful, friendly, and willing to answer all questions. The maintenance staff is also recognized for being quick, kind, very nice, and personable, with particular praise for their diligent work in keeping the property beautiful and clean. Property managers are noted for truly caring about residents and taking meaningful action to resolve concerns. However, some residents report challenges. A primary concern is that the apartment walls are extremely thin, leading to regular noise from neighbors and pets. Constant street noise from sirens and traffic can also be an issue. Some feel the apartments are dated, citing recurring problems with AC units. Despite these drawbacks, many residents express overall satisfaction, appreciating the responsive management, excellent staff, and the location which is walking distance from restaurants and shops and considered impossible to beat.
