“came in to get both my front and rear bumper fixed after a year of bad luck. Honestly, I don’t know much about cars and it’s pretty obvious, I had one place try to take advantage of that but the whole crew at Two Cousins was fair and understanding. Tonya was the BEST, from beginning to end. She was willing to answer all of my questions, communicated the whole time and even saved me $900 because she chose to be honest about a mistake on the estimate. They even fixed a part that most places would’ve completely reordered. My car was also fixed extremely fast, took them about 5 days to redo both bumpers which beats other places i’ve seen. Overall, truly amazing and I can’t thank the whole staff enough for everything. My car looks brand new, took almsot no time, and they saved me almost 1K, so I have NO complaints!!”

My daughter was panicking because she was scared that she would not be able to get it fixed quickly and her BMW might get stolen. “I had a very good experience with this body shop. Talking to the owner and assured me that everything would be taken care of properly. I brought in my 2014 Honda Ridgeline truck that was involved in a pretty bad Fender bender. I needed to replace my front right Rim my right Fender the hood and the bumper. I've got to say the truck came back way better than when I first bought it used. This company took care of me like family.

“The at-fault party's insurance company sent me to A1 to get a repair estimate on my car. The receptionist was friendly and expeditious. The owner, Dennis, also answered a few questions I had and gave me no reason to solicit the repair work anywhere else. Throughout the process, Dennis personally kept me updated and heard my various concerns. In our conversations, I had mentioned some minor and some moderate issues I had with the interior of the car that had absolutely nothing to do with the exterior repair work. To my surprise, Dennis and his staff went WAY beyond just repairing the exterior damage my car. They actually repaired those interior issues as well.
