“Everyone was pleasantly helpful. I purchased my leased 2023 vehicle. They were patient and helpful with giving me options and I didn't feel pressured. I recommend going to Vera if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks guys:)”

“This has been the easiest car shopping experience. This is the third vehicle we purchased at Vera from Jose Otero and as always best customer service and pricing. Jose found the vehicle we were looking for, communicated timely, and made the paperwork process very quickly.”

“Overall, working in management myself, what struck me was the system in place to manage the repair process. Everything was superbly organized to eliminate friction and make it very easy to understand next steps, what to expect, and when. The text system for updates performed perfectly, complementing the work of the team. The repair looks fantastic, as if nothing ever happened.”

“The process and ease of scheduling with Vera was great. For a busy preschool teacher, it was very helpful and convenient that they were able to come pick up my car from my job and have it back to me by the end of my shift. Everyone involved in the entire process, from the driver to my advisor, communicated with me effectively during the time my car was in their possession. When I got my car back all the services were complete and my car was shining! Thank you to everyone at Vera!”

“We had to have body work done at the collision center on our 2015 Subaru Outback due to two separate incidents. Donna was our customer service representative. She was fantastic!! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us updated frequently throughout the repair process. She truly represents Lexus Collision Center well.”
