“There hasn't been a time that I've gone to this big box hardware store that I've been disappointed.As someone who is clueless about hardware, I usually get a handyman to help me, but I didn't want to wait till he was free for something I needed right away and could "probably" do myself. I rushed over with lightbulb in hand because the light went out in my bathroom. Given that the bulb is a bit different--with two small prongs which I later learned is called a bipin or bi-pin, I knew I'd need some expert help. After strolling down the aisles, I realized they didn't have the bulb I needed! So I went on the hunt.... After much deliberation with the guys, we agreed on the best possible solution which was to get an adapter so I could just screw in a standard light bulb. The best part was that it was all very affordable and I have two choices going forward. Despite this location not having a whole lot of crew members, when you find one (or two), you can bet your bottom dollar they will jump in and make it worth your trip there!As I was leaving the store, I noticed there's a question on the bottom of my receipt: "Did we nail it?" Yes; Carlos and Paul nailed it!”

“Great experience with Reverso, 2 items…installed my own unit a couple years ago on 3 engine Sea Ray, overtightened base on irregular surface and cracked, they took care of. New boat with 2 600s, had water delivery interrupted…unit went into error mode, tech service worked with me, returned and they repaired under warranty.
