“This is the PNC branch to go in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone is super friendly and helpful there, calls are answered in a timely manner, very well managed branch. I used to always go to the Andrew and Davie Blvd one, during the past 2 years, no one answered the call and the staff there appeared not happy to help you and the demonstrated very little interest in serving customers so I stop going there. less than 10 mins away, i am glad this one on Federal actually cares about customer satisfaction. I will continue to go to this one.”

“I had almost given up on Charles Schwab because I wasn’t getting a very good response or service but then I got a call from Adam Rittersporn at Charles Schwab Fort Lauderdale and things changed :) Adam provided me with world class service and helped me set up accounts and had great follow up to make sure I got what I needed.
