Well, I can see why the ratings are bad for this bank. My bank was currently out of pennies and Truist will not trade currency for currency if you do not have an account with them. They had plenty of pennies though. Just went to Wells Fargo and BOA, not a problem trading 2 dollars for pennies with out an account.

She didn’t want to open an account for me... she didn’t take good care of me, molina girl, I had to go to another branch to open the truist account... negligent and denigrating...! Porq soy latino….

I went to deposit a check and they input the wrong value shorting me $500. Good thing it was a check but man how do you make this mistake???
