“Lachanda Rivera is highly recommended! She’s an asset to the branch and to Truist Bank! Went inside at the middle of the day and she helped me update my personal information, open a savings account and apply for a credit card all with patience to explain and a smile:) she did it while attending 2 other customers at the same time. If you walk in while she’s working you’re in luck!”
“Can someone at this bank location contact me? The person at the drive thru in front of me left and when I pulled up after them I touched the screen to go back and preparing to enter my card for my transaction and it automatically said “take your cash” as the person in front of me wasn’t patient enough or mistakenly left without their cash coming out. It was a $100 bill. Please let me know if someone has reached out and contact me asap. I have tried calling the number on the atm with no success”
