“Was in the area and looked for the closest location as this is my bank. Now a days who ever goes in a bank but I needed cash but wanted smaller bills that you can't get at the ATM. So once inside no wait and the nicest person to assist me. She even asked if I wanted a new car loan. No I didn't hopefully my current car has no issues and won't have to buy a new one any time soon. But if I did have to get a loan I surely would check this bank out. On the way out I needed to use the restroom and they had one of these as well. It was very clean as was the rest of the bank.”
“We had some issues with our HSA card so I stopped into Truist since I was in the area. Gina helped me immediately and looked into our situation. She had to make some phone calls and unfortunately, at the time, there was a 30-45 min wait. I didn't have that much time to stay and wait so Gina offered to call them the following day when she has more time and she could call me back with some answers for me. I was grateful she offered to do that. Saves me so much time.The next day, Gina called me and left a message. I was back in the area so I just stopped by and she explained to me what needed to be done to resolve our situation. I was so appreciative of her willingness to go above and beyond to help me. On top of that, she was super nice too. I thanked her for her time and effort.Funny enough, I had to come back around in the drive through to get a lollipop for my daughter as promised. Gina was the bank teller at the time and we were laughing. I asked her for a lollipop, specifically orange if they had that flavor, otherwise anything will do. She said she will do her best. So she sends back a small bouquet of lollipop flavor options, like 5 total since they didn't have orange flavor. Whoa. Made my kid's day! Thanks so much for the amazing customer service Gina! We know where to go if we need to come back to Truist.”

“It has been a few years since I last came to a game. There have been some new changes. One new rule that took me by surprise was the no purses or bags bigger than 4" × 6" . The arena has lockers just in case you have a larger purse. The parking has gone up in price. I paid$35. They take cash or credit cards. It is an organized chaos, lol. I suggest getting early. They had employees guiding the different entrances with glow sticks. This was a little confusing at times because they wave the sticks up in a happy, greeting manner, not a point, so it's confusing. Do you want me to come this way? Or warning me not to go that way? A wave is confusing people. I wish they pointed. The arena was just as nice as I remembered. I came for a Panther's game. I enjoyed myself very much. We lost, but I still was happy to see them play. The energy of the game was awesome. Hockey is a great game to watch. The arena has plenty of parking. I would recommend getting here 20 minutes before the event. It is a big place, and paying for parking, finding parking, and getting checked inside takes time. This is a big place, and it gets crowded.”

“I've been banking with Suntrust for a few years (personal and business). Mostly in the Central Florida region. I had to do some business when I was in SoFlo and this Suntrust on S. University was the closest to where I was staying. My business partner and I had to get some paperwork done for him and needed him to be physically present to sign papers. I cannot give enough accolades to Paula Roberts, the Branch Manager! She was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She asks us questions to make sure our banking is tailored to our needs. She has been the reason I've stayed with Suntrust. The tellers are also great, always so friendly. I highly, highly recommend this Suntrust bank. Go in and ask for Paula, you will not be disappointed.”
“No matter what I need, I'm never let down by the service provided at this location. Like most WF banks, it's a good size to accommodate a larger crowd & the employees are typically friendly. I've gone here for years & have never had poor interaction. There are times where it may get busy, but the employees do good at managing the crowds. Inside is always kept tidy with plenty of tellers to assist you. What I like most about this location is that they have 2 ATM machines. There's a drive thru one, which makes it convenient to withdraw/deposit money without leaving your vehicle & also one right by the front entrance to use on your way in or out of the bank. Although it may not seem like much, having 2 ATM machines available really helps minimize waiting around. For some reason it seems like a lot of WF have negative reviews from many years ago. From what I've read, I've personally never experienced any of the issues stated. I happily use this location whenever I'm in the area & plan on doing so in the future. It's a great bank to use as your regular location or in passing.”
