This branch is the sole reason why I’m leaving the bank. The “senior relationship banker” at this branch is horrendous and refused to have MY bank statements mailed to me. She told me I need to call the customer service line. After much back and forth she wouldn’t budge. Went to another branch and the first person I spoke to helped me right away and got me what I needed with no resistance. The representative Asked for the required info to verify it’s my account and within 10 minutes I had everything I needed.The woman at the Davie location is a terrible representation of any company and because of her I’m moving my accounts to another bank. Fire that woman!

I was quite nervous coming in to open my 1st Business Bank Account a couple months ago, But Mohlenda! made it such a easy quick process. She explained everything, asked for required documents and we were done within an hour. Lol definitely easier than I anticipated with the help of Mohlenda. I would find another Branch ASAP!Went to get a personalized debit card, and here we are going on three weeks still no personalized card. Now I'm being told that they ordered me a replacement card without my authorization and it's being mailed somewhere I don't know of. Thanks so much to the Branch Manager and you also need to learn not to stare at people's chest the entire time you are talking to someone.

Give me back my SunTrust. Truist is not the TRUEist. A few weeks in and I'm already pissed. Not at this branch, if it's even still open. It's TRUIST ONLINE changed all my parameters and wont let them update and I'm missing payments and not able to zelle. I'm already to jump ship but I don't know to where. Most of the others really suck and I was so happy with SunTrust and now I'm over 60 minutes wait with a real person. This blows. Not happy. Strong letter to follow. Update. Booted at over 60 minutes and starting over. I love this banking conglomerate. N O T Update. I'm about done with unTruist and their F'd up app that's useless. I'm on my 4th hour of phone wasting my F'ing time with this b******* already. Spent an hour redoing email accounts that are tagged and this system is just jacked. I hate when corporate raiders swallow up decent companies and turn them to s****
