TeaCups, Puppies & Boutique is a very clean, luxurious, and inviting store that looks incredible, stylish, and beautiful. The business sells beautiful puppies and beautiful merchandise. Many customers report phenomenal, astounding, and delightful experiences, strongly recommending the store to everyone. The staff and owners are described as beautiful, very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and truly phenomenal, with a clear dedication and passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. They are noted for being extremely concerned with the health and well-being of the dogs, which are described as well taken care of and amazing. The store also features an impressive dog spa. However, there have been serious concerns raised. One customer reported purchasing a puppy with a congenital health issue, an Open Fontanelle, which was not disclosed until pickup. Their veterinarian advised the issue was not small, could lead to health problems, and meant the dog could never be bred. While the store owners initially assured the customer and later compensated for related expenses, promising to revisit the health issue, the initial experience involved a lengthy dispute over contracts and commitments. Another customer noted a single unpleasant interaction with a staff member who was incredibly short and rude, not eager to help or answer questions. Overall, while many experiences are extremely positive, potential customers should be aware of these reported incidents.
Beautiful store. Make sure to bring your dog in a carrier.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with the store. I got a very healthy teacup poodle from here And after two years, she’s healthy and nothing but a joy. I love the groomers. They do an amazing job, especially around the tear stains on my puppies face. Highly recommend!
