“Im giving this 5 star review to Tonisha Austin who was working the service desk when I visited. Shes very knowledgeable, quick, helpful, and SUPER kind. Someone give her a raise, haha. I visited last Friday in regards to an issue with my new car I got through CarMax. The wait time for my car to be looked at was very long, which was not my favorite part about my visit. Tonisha was very patient with me as I was trying to communicate with her and wrangle my toddler, haha. Ask for her if you need help. Shes great!”
