“I went in to purchase a 2023 Cadillac CT5V-BW and trade in my 2022 Cadillac CT5-V. The business is located in a huge like art warehouse, very clean, very classy. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and shown the car within 5 minutes. Took it for a test drive 10minutes later. There was a slight rattle I didn’t like, they tightened a bolt and bam no more rattle. I met with Sean the manager and what can I type other than he is as genuine as they come. Already knowing the process he was very informative during the entire process. He offered me an extremely fair price for my trade in. During the sales process he did all he could do to make the deal work in my favor. He was honest. Transparent. Easy going. I felt ZERO pressure. I went in with a plan and he actually had a better plan which after sitting there and thinking about really made sense. So we did the deal and I was happy with my purchase. BUT WHAT REALLY solidified my my five star review and was just icing on the cake is after we signed the deal, I took the car the deal was done. But I get a call at 8:30am in the morning the next day and Sean tells me he has good news for me so I call him back and he went even beyond my expectations. Even after the deal was done the day before, Sean was up the next morning calling other banks trying to find me an even better deal and he did by getting me an even lower interest rate than I had already signed on for. I was fine with the deal I signed but he put in that extra effort to get his customer a better deal. I have never experienced that in all my years of buying cars. “The service specialist who helped me Jess was very helpful and professional the whole time I waited and kind. I did not make an appointment just walked in and I had to make two visits because part not in stock. I was OK with that as I knew I would be free as well on the next visit.

We shared a laugh, who knew a racoon would dart out of nowhere on my my path and cause the damage it did. Raccoon cost me money LOL! In fact my first visit was just to cut off the parts left scrapping the floor from the racoon hit so it would not keep doing that and next visit was the replacement of the whole piece and now all is well.

I did not purchase my vehicle from Gunther but my previous KIA and now this one have been there a total of 5 times I believe in the last 4 years. The dealership and service areas are clean and beautiful. That is something I like in dealerships. I have thus far no bad experiences there and happy to go back as it is convenient and not too far from where I presently live.

“Although he may be a bit inflexible(not to a fault) Jean represented the TTS we purchased 100% accurately, he accommodated my on site inspection service in a timely manner. He uses Caramel for the transaction which was a streamlined electronic method of transaction that really made an across country transaction easy and protected both parties, you may want to make sure you have a few days for this process to occur(72 hours probably). He picked us up at our hotel and brought us to the shop to pickup the car. Nuances which could be regional- Up North cars automatically get an oil change when it hits the lot or sells this did not we paid for one in advance of picking the car up(Jean facilitated) and the car was not delivered with a full tank of fuel. Neither was a problem, just nuances that surprised me based on what I perceive as standard practices. Solid seller and a fair price for a quality car. I would absolutely buy from these gentlemen again! In fact I probably will, they get some great cars in rare spec from the right places.”

He went in for a used car and left with a brand new 2026 Altima for the same monthly payment he budgeted for. Jean took the time to show my son several different cars both used and new and allowed him to test drive each one.

“Unfortunately, I bought a car from this outfit. The car broke down on the drive home. Couldn't get the hood open because the latch was broke. Against my better judgement, I worked with Nasser to get the vehicle repaired, but after multiple attempts the car is still not right. Even though I've towed this car for Nasser on my dime multiple times, I still have a broken car. Even though problems started the very first day, and NEVER was repaired, Nasser couldn't wait to say " it's been 30 days". I've taken it to other mechanics that will not touch the car because of the knock off parts Nasser used and questionable repairs. I've offered for Nasser to buy back the vehicle, which for obvious reasons he refused. So now we'll see each other in court.
Update: the owner has verbalized that he wants to fix the car 100%. I'll continue to update as we proceed.
Update: Nasser worked with us to get the car fixed. Its been a journey but several repair attempts and 8 months later is appears to we now have a car that is in good running condition. I applaud Nasser for making it right and not giving up.”
