“This review is going to incorporate multiple experiences/purchases. I came upon this local jeweler and after having them shorten a necklace and use the remainder to make a bracelet. I again used their services to make a custom piece of jewelry. While both items exceeded expectations it was the last visit that proved their exceptional service and willingness to do the right thing-I had them replace a silver lobster clasp and within hours my son accidentally broke the spring. I explained it was needed for a church service later that evening and they immediately replaced the clasp at no charge.”
“Recently moved to the Pembroke Pines. I was walking through a mall and found this store, Elite Fine Jewelry. Inside two very nice ladies greeted me with warm smiles and attention. I had a ring to fix, to gold solder two rings together. They explained the process and explained to me about a possible problem (a fine engraving inside may be diminished while polishing the finished ring). I dropped it off at 11 am. By 245 pm, the store called. My ring was ready. I drove over and the ring was beautifully done. It was cleaned and polished and was so finely crafted, it would appear to first time viewers of the ring, that it was originally made that way. The two ladies, I should have asked for their names, were there and were a pleasure to deal with and chat for awhile. I highly recommend this place for sales, repair or any other jewelry needs that may arise. This will be my go to place from now on.”

“Living in South Florida for 25 years Beverly’s is the only jewelry store/jeweler we use. Stacey is an amazing designer and extremely knowledgeable about all gems. When you walk into Beverly’s it is like visiting friends. The communication with Beverly’s is excellent. I send a wish list to “Beverly’s”. Stacey will then contact my husband on those special occasions. I know my husband appreciates being contacted and not having to guess what I will like because Beverly’s magically knows what I like.
I was just in Beverly’s two weeks ago and met the new owner, Jeff. It really says something when the owner comes over to introduce himself to clients. I can see this store really taking off with their fantastic team.

“Went to a gun show this past weekend, got a fair deal on my S&W 9mm cxs. Fits my hand perfectly. Passed by the shop to pick up a gift package. Its a military, army style storage with strap and pockets for extra clips. Also had protective glasses, ear protector and a gun lock. Received pretty good service.”
