“This review is going to incorporate multiple experiences/purchases. I came upon this local jeweler and after having them shorten a necklace and use the remainder to make a bracelet. I again used their services to make a custom piece of jewelry. While both items exceeded expectations it was the last visit that proved their exceptional service and willingness to do the right thing-I had them replace a silver lobster clasp and within hours my son accidentally broke the spring. I explained it was needed for a church service later that evening and they immediately replaced the clasp at no charge.”
“Great service, very patient. Took his time and did an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone coming for service, sizing or even looking to shop there is a wonderful selection to choose from.”

“I was greeted warmly by Jay and offered coffee (I love coffee). I ended up getting a 14k white gold box necklace with a diamond heart pendant from Vali. Her customer service was top tier and I highly recommend this jeweler. Overall a great experience.”
