“I recently moved into this apartment complex, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. The application process was incredibly easy and straightforward they are with you every step of the way. Everything was clearly explained and I always knew exactly what documents were needed. The staff truly makes this place stand out!! From the leasing office to the maintenance team everyone is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are usually handled the same day as the work order is put in. The property is well-maintained, clean, and very well managed. If you're looking for a great apartment complex come check out The Breakers, you will be glad you did!!!”
“Overall the place itself is quite nice! It's quiet, has fountains in the lake which is nice to listen to if you have a balcony that faces the lake, and has great views of rocket launches if you're facing the southeast. The pool is nice and big with a BBQ grill, seems to be heated most times during the winter, and there's a super nice clubhouse and gym. There is a problem with the gates not functioning sometimes throughout the year, especially when we have lightning hit around the area. The broadband has had some issues in the past with Wi-Fi connectivity dropping out. To contrast that, these ARE the best apartments to live at in my opinion. I really like how there's just two levels, and is not overcrowded. Very dog-friendly. Office staff has been great IMO!”

“I’ve had a really positive experience living at Wedgewood Apartments. Barbara has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. It makes a big difference having a landlord who actually communicates and cares.
The area itself is also a huge plus,everything I need is nearby and convenient, while still being quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are kind and respectful, and I haven’t had any issues since living here.
Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I truly appreciate the supportive management and comfortable environment.”

“The Groves community has met all my expectations regarding price, customer service, tranquility, cleanliness, and much more. Ms. Adele Blanchette is a wonderful person when it comes to customer service; she assists you throughout the entire process and is incredibly attentive and understanding. The gentleman and the young man on the maintenance team are also extremely attentive and respond immediately to service calls. I truly recommend this community 100%.”
