“We absolutely love the furniture we purchased from Kalin. Elena, our salesperson is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I needed fabric advice for dining chairs and her suggestion works beautifully in our home. She is also very familiar with the many manufacturers Kalin carries and answered my dozens of questions. It’s always a pleasure to browse the store in Ormond and see (and try out) the different styles of furniture. The customer service department is top notch. Our technician promptly and professionally fixed a glitch in our electric recliner. Kalin was in contact with us from the time of purchase to delivery and beyond. The salespeople, selection and service will definitely keep us as customers.”

My Daughter, Granddaughter, Husband & I went to shop in there recently for the 1st time & my Husband wished to stay upfront because he recently was in the hospital for R Hip Pain.....I asked by chance for my Husband if he could have a chair to sit on while we shopped.....At first, this wasn't possible but their staff member, Christina saw my Husband in pain & went all the way in the back store room to get a chair for him......It was a Wonderful Gesture & Pure Kindness!! A standout part of our visit was the excellent customer service from James. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we found what we needed. It’s always great to see employees who genuinely care about the customer experience.
The store layout did feel a bit cluttered during our visit, but it appeared to be due to inventory being restocked and items waiting to be put away. While it made navigating the aisles a little tighter, it was understandable and didn’t take away too much from the overall experience.
Overall, between the great prices and outstanding service from James, this location is a solid place to shop. We’d definitely return.”
