“Stayed 3 days & 3 nights in one of the cottages on property. Was my first visit with them & I'm only sorry that I did not know of this place sooner!! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Conveniently located. Loved the laid back atmosphere.I will be returning as well as recommending!Rooms: Very Clean & the bed was comfortable!Nearby activities: Boardwalk is 3 miles north as well as the Bandshell.Walkability: There is an IHOP not even a block away but across A1A on otherside.Tiki Hut/Resturant next door at Best Western (open to the public)”

“We had a great time. The rooms were super clean and modern, and the pool+beach access were awesome. The ladies at the front desk (and restaurant) were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is about ten minutes away from downtown Daytona, so the beach is pretty quiet. Only complaint was no complementary breakfast, but that's ok.”

“Cool spot right on the ocean, with the edge of water a 100 yards or so away. Staff was cordial, the breakfast was an ample day starter with good choices. Rooms are dated, but spacious. The one bedroom was larger than my first apartments with full kitchen and refrigerator with an ice maker. While we did not eat in, there was a spacious dining room table. Had dinner right across the street at Millies’s, delish! That said, if you rent here just go in with reasonable expectations, I mean it’s a Residence Inn, and it’s on the ocean where properties take a beating. The 15 dollar daily parking was no big deal, as I’ve paid as much as 50 at other properties, but expect it. Breakfast and happy hour will more than offset the parking fee!”

“Costumer service is amazing. Room was very clean and so pretty. The view is amazing. Shower was not the best. Pool wasn’t open. Food was very generic. But overall very good.”

“After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little nervous but you always can't go by reviews. So glad we didn't! Yes the hotel is older but that's part of the nostalgia of staying on Daytona Beach. They are in the process of remodeling. The pool and tiki bar was open and very clean. Super Dave may move at his own pace but he's the sweetest man ever and makes great drinks! Being right on the ocean is definitely a plus. The rooms are amazing and so clean! Thank you Miss Charlene!! Couldn't ask for anything better! Full size refrigerator, stove, pots and pans everything you needed! Bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. Bathroom was very clean, shower pressure was great and the water was hot. Miss Selena at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Always greeted you whether you were coming in or out. Definitely cannot wait to come back!! There's plenty of food within walking distance and a Winn Dixie a couple blocks from the hotel.”
