Their products are not the same run of the mill vacuums you find in other stores. Richard’s has quality products. But just as important as their products is their staff. Great service, locally owned, family run business. My central vacuum was clogged, and I decided to take it apart to fix it myself. First, I did not get it unclogged. Second, I could not put it back together! I brought the vacuum in to Richard’s vacuum center and Tracy fixed it up for me and put it back together. Thanks,... read full comment
