“Bought a fan there 20 years ago. It recently developed a wobble. I went to the store, and they diagnosed the problem in 5 seconds. It was a tiny screw that attaches the ball in the ceiling bracket to the post going into the motor. I never would've known that in 1 million years. Now, hoping to get another 20 years. The Ferguson crew assured me on the phone not to worry, cause they had the parts needed. Plus they even waited a few minutes past closing due to traffic. “I have used this company for all of the fixtures in my last home. The builder referee me to another location but I researched what I wanted ant this was the best location for the many items for my home. The representative that I worked with was always helpful and was very patient with my wife and I. The showroom is in the front, parts department in the back and the warehouse to the side. I have returned for replacement parts over the years and they always had them within a month. My only complaints have been they do not keep track of what I ordered in the past and so I have to. I also think that a month or more to get a part sent in is crazy.”

“I called the Aarons here in Daytona a few months ago and explained my dryer issue with Monica. She explained to me how I might be able to fix the problem. I did exactly what she said and my dryer was back in action. Today I called the store again hoping Monica would be there and this time the problem was with my washing machine. Monica told me one way I might be able to resolve it and if it didn't work to call her back. Once again not only did Monica save the day she saved me alot of money for calling in a repair company! Monica is one phenomenal employee she knows the products and Aaron's is very lucky to have her as an employee. She goes above and beyond to assist people. Monica is awesome!!!!!!!”
