I’m younger and don’t dress up or show out. Young lady took her time and did a fantastic job selling me on a 3.5k dollar bed. Absolutely gorgeous bed, and fanatic Servive. “My brand-new Oreck stopped working. After some time spent in a on-line chat with an Oreck representative (who suggested I take the vacuum to a store in Jacksonville, more than an hour), I called Richard's. Very courteous over the phone, and the lady who helped us was friendly and professional. She figured out the problem and fixed the machine in about 20 minutes while we waited. I would recommend Richard's to anyone.”

“I stopped in to ask a question about an appliance I had bought on FB. They were so nice and helpful. When I actually had an issue months later with the appliance, I of course called them.Brandy called me right back on a Saturday to schedule an appointment.Since I was having an issue with another appliance she offered to combine the service calls with a discount.And poor Smitty. He called to let me know he was on his way, about an hour into my 2 hour appointment window. Was there in minutes.It’s now been 3 hours. He fixed one appliance right away, and thought he had the second one done also. But it’s fighting back. He is doing everything in his power to get my W/D fixed, knowing how much I need it. Instead of saying, I’ll have to come back, and charging another service call, he has asked if he could run back to the shop to get an additional part. Twice! This might seem like too much for some of you, but I couldn’t be more thankful for his dedication and their kindness.I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If you can afford brand new, that’s wonderful. If you can’t, go to these people. Daytona Appliance Repair . They sell used as well.And they are real human beings.Thank you so much guys!Anita T.”

“I am a homeowner in Palm Coast, and I needed a Pro Flo toilet seat. I researched online and found that the nearest dealer was Ferguson. What a pleasant shopping experience. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes and the product was on the way and will probably be delivered tomorrow. Customer service rep was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. “Hard to justify 4 stars for this business. Mostly, service is poor, especially when needing assistance with sheetrock or any other heavy or cumbersome item. Today was an exception though. I purchased 40 bags of mulch (2 trips in my SUV of 20 bags each) and both times the loader personnel were outstanding! Chris was upbeat, helpful, and was adamant about providing his assistance, even in the rain. He went above and beyond. On my second trip, I was helped by a young man (TJ?,) of some 25 years who admitted to be in his 6th month of HD employment. He was delightful, helpful, and we both got soaked from the wind and rain. Both employees are a tribute to a good work ethic which is so rare in this store. Management needs to get your teams to understand customer service! Andy in Ormond”

Plus it was super late and everyone was very friendly and patient with my over tired, frustrated self.Online, not so great. Made a pretty simple purchase and ended up having to return the item to my local store and get help replacing it. I will never order online with them again.”

“I have used this company for all of the fixtures in my last home. The builder referee me to another location but I researched what I wanted ant this was the best location for the many items for my home. The representative that I worked with was always helpful and was very patient with my wife and I. The showroom is in the front, parts department in the back and the warehouse to the side. I have returned for replacement parts over the years and they always had them within a month. My only complaints have been they do not keep track of what I ordered in the past and so I have to. I also think that a month or more to get a part sent in is crazy.”
