“We purchased a new stove last week and I want to comment about how fortunate we were you have spoken to Kyle at Pioneer. About 8 years ago we purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Pioneer. The double ovens in the stove became too difficult for me with bending after having contracted scoliosis so a new stove was ordered that would make it easier for me. We did not make a career out of shopping for the stove, but we did speak to 3 or 4 people and read everything we could about it. Hands down, Kyle was the most knowledgeable and patient person among that group. He's very professional and very nice. I have to add there was never any pressure. And what I really thought was refreshing, when he did not know something he admitted it and just got the information and called back.
Service is a very important part of the kitchen appliance purchase for me. We have other appliances from Pioneer in our home and we always take their personal extended warranty. I love that we always get the same technician, Mark, who is fantastic. I don't like dealing with third party insurance companies or waiting for the manufacturer to come out here when they've got thousands of people to service. With Pioneer if I call they respond right away.
And I'm sure you're wondering about price. He matched the best price I had and went all out for us. If you are shopping for kitchen appliances I would encourage you to at least drop in and meet Kyle and see what he or Pioneer will do for you.”

“I am a homeowner in Palm Coast, and I needed a Pro Flo toilet seat. I researched online and found that the nearest dealer was Ferguson. What a pleasant shopping experience. “I came in for a special item, so special that many stores don't have them on hand, and if they do, they only have a few.
I think I was helped more this time than I've ever been helped at any HomeDepot. Her name is Toni and she works the front .. either a register or a manager there. She initiated the help in her own, and when the product wasn't locked in front where it was supposed to be, she went looking at the several places throughout the store where it could be.
She didn't peek, she searched .. over 30 minutes trying to find one of the 6 that were supposed to be there.
When she gave up the search, she decided to contact another close store.
Good thing we both had patience, because they left her on hold for a good while. She hung up and called back, talked to a manager, and got left on hold AGAIN .. I'm talking about 15+ minutes just to see if they had a product .. could've taken less than 5 minutes.
They had one, and saved it aside for me, so it's a good story ending, but the hour trying to find it, was a bit much .. I'm so glad it was Toni who helped me, because she went above and beyond!”
