“GREG WAS FANTASTIC !!!!!! He needs a promotion and a raise! Could not thank him enough. I came in to get a tire pressure wand and he came out after I said they had been wobbling and checked , the inside of my tires were bald and the outside that I had touched felt fine so I had no idea. He definitely saved me and my son from a possible accident with tires blowing out and could have quite literally saved our lives. I don’t know a lot about cars and he helped me make sure I did the right thing and searched many times to find a price I could afford. Without him coming out to the parking lot and getting on his hands and knees to check my tires I would have never known. Greg is amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful to him. I called in multiple times and he was there even the next day to answer and help me without belittling me as many men do when it comes to cars. I saw on their website that they are first- come-first-served so I was there right when they opened. I was served right away! They checked for leaks and turned out I just needed Freon. A quick story...I am a return customer and I live in NSB, I was referred to a Mercedes Mechanic dealer in Edgewater because it was closer so I did a scheduled stop in since it was closer and a referral. I went to ask the owner the same thing I asked Elite's owner today and their response was we need at least two days and had zero solutions on the spot for me. I could smell the bull#@%& and I was disappointed in the knowledge of the man considering they specialize in Mercedes. I left and drove to Elite and pulled up unannounced to ask if the owner could help me figure it out. I explained the same scenario and within 5 minutes he figured it out and got it working and I was shocked and amazed at the willingness to try to fix for me. I was so happy and was willing to pay but he said no worries you are good!!! Wow..now that is trust and kindness all wrapped into the integrity of this company and lead by a high value owner with a wealth of knowledge about Mercedes Benz. I will never go anywhere again and I will recommend to all that own a Mercedes in NSB. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness.”
