About Dollar Car Rental - Daytona Beach Internatonal Airport
Dollar Car Rental at Daytona Beach International Airport offers affordable and flexible car rental options, including deals where customers can save by pre-paying. Reviews highlight that the price is good and unbeatable, with all-inclusive quotes that match the final receipt without surprise fees. Employees are described as nice and incredibly nice, providing helpful service. However, there are consistent reports of waiting times. Some customers who booked in advance still had to wait a while for the car to be ready, with one instance of a 45-minute wait when no car was initially available. The agency may not have other cars available, leaving no option but to wait. Recommendations suggest allowing at least an hour for the booking process to accommodate potential delays. When vehicles are provided, they are reported to be very nice, clean, with no odors and only minor exterior scuffs, driving just fine. Despite some negative experiences, other customers report being incredibly happy from start to finish, stating they will rent again and recommend the service to friends and family.

Let me be clear...the earlier message pertained to the pickup in Orlando...the lady agent in Daytona was excellent with thoughtful consideration for us...she should be complimented by leadership...thank you...James Davidson...

Lisa is the epitome of outstanding customer service. She was patient, and on point with recommendations (including the upgrade I needed and loved). In a culture were customer service has died, Lisa is a bright beacon of hope. Others should seek to emulate her level of curtsey and professionalism.
