Went by today looking for some shoes for my daughter. I asked the gentleman that greeted us if you guys carried Hokas. He wasn't sure if you had them in store so he asked a colleague that was at the counter. She showed us some other options and when he wanted to help by mentioning checking out the Hokas online... she shut him up by putting up her hand like he was a defiant kid. He was just trying to help us. He remained professional and respectful. She was neither.

I have never thought I’d write a review for a shoe store but here I am. Brooke was amazing, not only did she go above and beyond she exceeded our expectations. The size we needed in pair of UGGS weren’t at the store location therefore she called the sister store near by and they had the last few pair in stock, and they held a pair for us until we got there to pick up! She provided an amazing experience providing exceptional customer service and attended to the children offering stickers which they loved!

I walked in and immediately got a rude vibe from the manager out of all people, she wasn’t helpful, I clearly asked her for help finding a new pair of UGGS twice. I felt embarrassed, so I ended up buying a pair that were my size in a color I didn’t even want, I highly don’t recommend this store. They are not helpful, super rude, and the woman manager is the worst of all.

If I could give this store and company a Negative rating- I would!!! I bought 4 pairs of shoes, however 1 pair the store didn't have the correct size. On Christmas, my 6yo granddaughter opened a pair of Right shoes! I drove another 40 mins to exchange them and the lady at the counter suggested I take them to the store that incorrectly filled the order. I refused to drive all over God's green creation, so she said they would have to have them shipped AGAIN! Even though she couldn't be bothered to look and see if they had the correct size to fill the purchase, she certainly had no problem with taking in 2 right shoes! Guess what came in the mail today? A pair of vans in black (not the fairytale print I ordered) & a Size 2.5 rather than a 12!! This store & company are AWFUL!!! SAVE YOUR SANITY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!

Hands down best shopping experience at a journeys! The two ladies working on Saturday the 29th 2022 were awesome! Helped me in every way they could. Even ordered a pair that will be sent directly to my house. I want to say her name was Brianna but if I’m wrong, thanks Jersey Girl! Will definitely return to this location for business even if it is 1 1/2 hours away.

Best customer service from the people on the floor today!I was having trouble looking at the back packs and debating what would fit my needs, a kind worker (won't disclose names just in case, but would gladly from my experience) came over and asked what I was looking for, I told them my situation. They showed me the varieties and explained their qualities, I asked what would be best for storage and camping as well as a few other things, they showed me my best option. Absolutely love the back pack, thank you guys for being so kind and helpful, it made my day!!I also recommended your store, at your location to several close friends who love to shop!Thank you guys ?

I went to the store to buy this boots for Christmas they didn’t have it in stock I order there and they sent to my adress, tonight I gave the gift to my daughter and I saw was a wrong number , I order 8 for womens not 8 for mens , was horrible watch my daughters face . And now Christmas is over , and she go to Europe next monday , how is possible the guy from the store made a mistake like that , how is possible to have people like that working with customers , was a bad decision to buy something like that , I cant believe in this mistake. I’m gonna return the boots but who is gonna give the gift to my daughter , I’m so mad , because this mistake I don’t spend not even $1 more dollar in this store.

Shopping with my 3 daughters for school shoes, stopped in, while there the employees were using language and BLASTING music NOT appropriate for little ears. Bought 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair had my husband return as found converse on sale elsewhere. When my daughter finally attempted to wear her new vans they did not fit. Never even wore them outside.Went back to return. Brooke, who coincidentally was who assisted us when purchased, was straight RUDE. My husband had lost the receipt from the previous return. She said wouldn't even matter if had the receipt and wouldn't "do us the favor of returning" as they were unsellanle and worn. My daughter never wore them even once. Asked who the manager was? She claimed they did not have one at the moment. Literally, rolled her eyes. And walked away(!)Went to the Journeys in the mall and had not one issue returning them!Brooke needs some customers service skills. Can tell desperate when hired her. Sad times we live in.
