If you go in and your dirty from work they just assume your homeless and ignore you. I asked the balding employee if I could be next and was told he focuses on people who have money. It made me feel so bad that I just left.

I moved here from Nebraska to Florida , I had US Cellular , most Mobile Companies weren't compatible with my phone,Metro Was!!! Better Yet was the Service I got with Crystal at Metro on Nova Road, the Best!She is Kind, Patient, & Very Good at her Job! Won't go anywhere Else ! Customer for Life!

Great customer service Tequan treat their customers like family does not make u feel unwelcomed he even hooked me up with a new line a14 and a speaker for 170 tremendous worker god bless his soul I would be coming there soon for a tablet since he said I’m also eligible for a discount for the tablet.

Well, I lost my "ACP" for a day or two late payment, and Crystal says it will take months to get my affordable connectivity program reinstated to reflect on my monthly bill again.."which saves $30.00" After paying out of pocket for months I contacted the connectivity program themselves and they had stated that this was untrue, and, immediately reinstated my "ACP" to my monthly bill.
