This is truly a dream team and I couldn't be more blessed to have encountered their passion for stellar customer service!
While staying at a new hotel in the area, the weather took a sharp change so we wandered in and I'm just so glad we did! These PROFESSIONALS catered to us and made sure our purchases were effortless, full of customer delight and quality backed/guaranteed. There are premium designer labels that don't have this level of mastery of their craft nor this high level of brand representation. This trio got everything right and I'm full of gratitude to have been a beneficiary of such greatness!
Please keep bringing in stand out pieces so that I can keep patronizing your NB location specifically. Thank you so much!

Every employee made an effort to help me or asked me if I needed help. They were all friendly and I was happy to do business here and found a awesome and comfortable new pair of running shoes. Before I walked in I went to famous footware and the employees were rude. I am glad New Balance could turn my experience around because I was ready to give up on shoe shopping.

Dale Shoes is an extraordinary place to buy shoes. They carry top brands, they have the latest technology to evaluate your feet, and the staff is caring and knowledgeable. If you have any foot or joint issues like me, get the right shoes!

This business support racism and allows employees to work in an uncomfortable work environment, Oh and when you try to contact the District Manager they ignore you for months. Support a business that actually cares about employees NOT this place!!
