“I had a special experience! I had Photocopies to do and came to a point where I needed assistance from the print desk. Upon stepping up to the counter, I became very dizzy. I was given a chair immediately and a bottle of water and the person stayed close by me in the event I needed help. Also, someone did all my print job for me while I sat there and waited for my family to come and get me to get me safely home. This was over and above what I expect of a business.”
