“These guys are one of the best in town.If not the best period, they'll do good by you and good prices too. They helped us out when we were heading down to the keys. They got our boat trailer and tires good to go in the same day. They fit us in. All the locals come here.”

“I've been to Theresa's about a year ago. Great brake job great price great people. Well yesterday sept 7 I was on my way to dinner with friends when we started to head a thumping in the rear of my car. It actually felt like an axle or rear end was falling out. Well I was on Nova road so thinking this was a serious issue I decided I'd drive to Theresa's instead of home. I figured I would have to leave it and get a diagnosis a day later. Well I pulled into their lot and went inside and was met but a delightful young person with painted fingernails. I told him what was going on and without hesitation he went and got a mechanic to take a look. Turns out there was a huge lag bolt stuck in rear tire and tire was flat. They said well let's see if it will hold air and it did temporarily. They advised I go down to discount tire which I did and they replaced tire. I felt bad after I drove away that I didn't even offer them a tip for their help. Theresa's garage has once again earned my business. Thank you thank you thank you!!”

“Took my car in for "B" service which is an oil and filter change and bleed the brake system to replace the brake fluid as required, didn't have any issues with the brakes, just preventive maintenance. I also asked for the differential lube to be changed as required. When I called to set the appointment I was told the "B" service would be $500. which I thought was high, however, when I got there I was told it would be $650. Not Happy with that! The differential lube change was quoted at $200. which I feel is very high for 15-20 minutes of labor and some gear oil. Not Happy with that!I was there 4 hours from start to finish for this simple work, watching the technician who seemed to be having trouble completing the tasks and had to call on other technicians for help. Not Happy with that! Finally the car went to be washed which was very nice. When I got the car back and drove away, I noticed that the brakes were not right, very spongy pedal that went almost to the floor. Now I'm really unhappy!I notified the service writer that I dealt with of the issue and was told it should work itself out but it hasn't. Now it's another trip back to try and get this resolved hopefully with a different, perhaps more experienced technician.Returned today, Saturday, March 4th for correction of brake issues. All issues have been resolved at no charge.Services: Brakes”
