My car was damaged & repaired here & Brad Flanagan, Jason & Jimmy were empathetic, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns…my car is a 20 year old cream puff w/low miles & I was very concerned that the car would be “totaled” even though the accident wasn’t my fault. This team kept me updated & informed throughout the process of acquiring hard to get replacement parts. When an unexpected unfortunate accident happened on the mall lot Brad, Jason & Jimmy took immediate action to again fix my car without my having to get involved! The workmanship is like new! It isn’t every body shop that listens to women & makes them feel comfortable & heard but I highly recommend the Daytona Auto Mall. I end up going to see them only 30 minutes later and with no hiccups at all, I’ve got my car aligned and paid for at an incredibly honest price and was back on the road in 45 minutes.
