We paid a hefty price for a weekend retreat only to hear banging and construction right above our room! Why didn't they warn us? We would have went somewhere else! It's my daughter's birthday and all we hear is banging! I pray their off tomorrow!!!! Not even a discount. Make sure their not under construction if you come. It looks like a lovely place. But not with the construction.
Rooms: The room is nice. But their hammering right above us!

I visited this hotel for the first time and has an amazing ocean view . Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way no big deal rooms could use usb plugs for phones and accessories but other then that it was a great experience and the morning doughnuts are the best . I will stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.
Rooms: Very clean and spacious
Nearby activities: Beach was easy to get to
Walkability: Grocery store across the street easy access.
Food and drinks: The morning doughnuts are amazing

The place is well located, right next to the sea and we took a sea view room. The homemade donuts for breakfast are excellent! The staff is friendly.
On the other hand, the complex is very aging and the difficult weather conditions should not help. The room is very humid, water is coming up from the floor. The insulation is weak, you can easily hear the other room. The coast is under construction, access to the sea is difficult.
There are numerous swimming pool areas. Again, dilapidated. The jacuzzi has almost no functional whirlpools, few chairs or deckchairs to rest in the central part. And there were no more towels available.
Note: the room remote control is not practical. No arrow or validation keys to activate subtitles.
Rooms: Beautiful sea view. The room is very humid, water comes up from the floor. The insulation is weak, you can easily hear the other room.
Safety: Be careful the main door did not close properly. You should remember to check it.
Food and drinks: The homemade donuts are excellent!

I recently stayed at Perry's Hotel and had a truly awful experience. Upon check-in at 7:00 p.m., I parked my small U-Haul trailer right in front of the office after asking the front desk attendant and a maintenance worker where I could park. They both assured me I could park it anywhere on the premises.
After checking in, I took my daughter to our room and got her settled for the night. Around 11:15 p.m., I received a call saying my trailer couldn't be parked there. I explained my situation, as my daughter was asleep, and moments later, there were loud knocks on my door. A security guard confronted me in a stern and intimidating manner, threatening to tow my vehicle.
I asked what I was supposed to do—leave my sleeping child alone in the hotel room to move my car? The whole situation was incredibly stressful and unprofessional. Now I’m left worrying about my car being towed.
I would not recommend Perry's Hotel to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and choose somewhere else.
Noteworthy details: I pulled up to the front of the office rolled the window down asked the maintenance guy walking in the parking lot where I could park with the small trailer. He said anywhere on the property and watched me park. I then walked inside proceed to checkin. Gave the woman my info including my tag. Which I had to walk outside to confirm. All the wile she watches me walk to my car in plane sight of the front desk receptionist. My daughter and I then took a hot tub and got ready for bed. Around 11:30 at night I received a phone call which woke me up. I answered and it was a new front desk person telling me to move my car. I explained the situation and then several loud bangs on my door. The security officer begins to telle how I am in the wrong for listening to the employees of his hotel. He wanted me to leave my daughter unattended in a hotel room while I moved the car. I refused so I am losing sleep wondering if my car will be here in the morning. The management at this hotel needs to rectify this situation and fast!

Very popular location. Rooms are beautifully renovated. Had to change rooms twice. The first time it wasn't clean. The second time the room was not cleaned despite the sign on the door. When we came back in the evening and complained about this, there were no cleaning staff on site. Really annoying, especially having to constantly move with two children. Unfortunately there was no apology either. There is construction work everywhere on the site, which really affects the peace and quiet and the view. Would probably not book the hotel again under the conditions.

For the short visit we stayed. The stay was great. The service was good, and the hotel was clean, considering Hurricane Milton hit the area.

The room was VERY clean. The staff were so nice. The building is older but maintained. I was the only person in my party who’s room wasn’t ready. My fridge leaked, there were only 10 working TV channels. The room felt very elevated with the design and layout but I wouldn’t classify it as a resort. I had an ocean view but for $150 a night the room was not worth the charge.
The bed was hard and the pillows like rocks.
I would also recommend a lamp that has a USB charger along with the plug outlets Even the lower priced chain motels have them. There also no other safety latch on the inside of the door. The kitchenette was very nice and was an enjoyable feature.
We did enjoy our stay and for one night it satisfied our needs. Again I just wouldnt classify this establishment as a “resort” The staff made it feel like a resort though the accommodations were not

It is with great sadness I have to do this review. I can only imagine it is under new management (Ricky). Bringing people in with lies that the resort is fully available. I called to make sure all was well before checking in. They lie. I asked as I was checking in They said it was only the indoor pool not available. The next morning kids ready to go have fun, out door pools dirty and having to wait for the pool to get clean. I get a text asking me how my stay is going. Gave them my concerns and Ricky was quick to get ride of the problem instead of fixing it. He was willing to relocate my kids and I instead of admitting that I was lie to by staff. Sadly this will be my last stay here, if you look left and right plenty of other places to stay at. Hopefully with honest people not looking to lie to earn someone's business.
