“Well I must tell you I was NEVER impressed with Sam's club UNTIL TODAY. My husband is the cam for a popular resort on the beach in Florida. WELL, for 4 years NO ONE used the "Sams cash" that you get when you are a member. The resort didn't even KNOW about the cash until my husband questioned it. Over $2000 thousand people, YES, you heard me correctly OVER $ 2000, (I don't think the resort wanted me to say the actual but, I was at the store) Shhh! Sooo, Mark had such a terrible time getting the card in his name (not the cam before him) NOW, he wants to get the money to buy a new washing machine and TVs (Black Friday) for some one bedroom apartment's. Sam's club says the money DOESN'T EXIST!!! WHAAAT??? After an exhausting hour, and Mark telling them he will never renew the membership , MECHELLE, (sorry for not remembering how to spell your name) FINALLY found the money and gave him the resorts money YAAY SOOO, totally worth it. I was SO impressed with Mechelle, she never quit helping him. AMAZING So, the moral of this store is paying the membership to shop in this store ( which I will never do) (because there are only 2 of us in the house and it's too expensive for me) P.S. ANY place of business no matter what you want to return (I don't think ladies/men's private parts though) You CAN return the product just wear them (and yourselves) AND, NEVER get upset/ mad and start yelling!!! THAT usually doesn't work I KNOW this for a fact, I was a store manager for a major store for 10 YEARS and I've shown many people how to do this. (after I retired) BLAAH P.S. look closely to the price we paid for gas $2.86 a gallon. It's now $3.69 everywhere else”

SHE IS A STRONG BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMAN who definitely deals with A LOT of nonsense in this store but will resolve ANY issue to the best of her ability. people in this town need to stop taking advantage of price changes and deals. I had an interaction where someone took a 2/$8 and put it on a similar product just to "get the discount" then I come in and it's not the price that it "was shown" unfortunately I had to learn the hard way about this. she handled it so well even though I was a bit upset and for that I APPLAUD her and give her recognition for her ability to deal with me and keep her professionalism. THANK YOU GIRL. she also gave me the discounted price ??”
“Nice Sam's Club. Good selection, good prices, and friendly employees. I come here about once a week - I always end up buying more than I intended - lol. Love the pizza - I recommend just buckling, and buying a whole fresh pizza. The wait is only about 10 minutes, and the leftovers are amazing! Happy shopping!”

“I've only had one experience here but it was perfectly fine. I was at a chess tournament at a nearby church and I stopped by here to grab a drink and some food. They conveniently had microwaveable frozen burgers (the church had a kitchen area with a microwave oven) and liter-sized bottles of Coke products, which served my needs adequately.”
