“Technician Miguel is a great employee. He went above and beyond to help me.I was trying to get a medication at ANOTHER CVS, but their phone system was not taking calls, and I wanted him to try to fill the med at his location instead. He said he will call the other location and follow up with me. He didn't have to, but he did and said he had the same results but he also checked if he had my medication in stock if in the event he could obtain the medication, he would fill it for us.I was eventually able to obtain the medication, but he still followed up with us and saw the medication was no longer in process at the other location, meaning he had kept trying to see the status. I appreciated his diligence. I let him know I appreciated him going above and beyond.”
“Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone for a bakery order. Customer service desk is just as bad. I was transferred & hung up on 3 separate times. It shouldn’t be this hard to put a cookie cake order in for my sons birthday.*UPDATE*Keisha, the bakery management, called me a few hours after placing the order. She apologized and told me that they want their customers to be satisfied with not only the products they sell but also their service. Pickup this morning was easy and the cookie cake looks great. My son is happy and loves it. Thank you”

“Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.”

“This is by far the fastest pharmacy in Daytona area! When I call a script in within 5-10 min I'll receive a call saying its ready to be picked up! I'm sure it's because a lot of people don't even realize it's there. I know I didn't know it existed until my doctor sent my first script there. Highly recommend this pharmacy I previously was using the Cvs on lpga and they would take hours to days to fill a script! It's worth the change I promise :)”

“This review is more for Katherine in the Daytona Beach location rather than Mail-Meds Pharmacy as a whole. My experience in general with the pharmacy has been alright, however when my insurance company recently mandated a change that one of my scripts be transferred to another pharmacy, it was a confusing and complicated process. The people at the Ft. Myers location gave me no notice that this was happening, and as a result, I ran out of a vital medication for a number of days.Katherine, however, came to my rescue. She helped me straighten things out with the new pharmacy, acted as a liaison between me, my insurance company, and the other pharmacy and got everything set up, and eliminated the stress that I had been under. She is an amazing asset to this pharmacy, and genuinely cares about her patients. She even made me promise to call her once my new prescription was in my hand to make sure my health needs were taken care of.THANK YOU KATHERINE!
