“Alicia is an exceptionally helpful person. All the staff are great as a matter of fact. I have never had it easier to fill scripts. I'm so glad I changed BOTH my mothers and my scripts from Walgreens (always issues there). They even deliver. I love this pharmacy. I have four different medications and my mom has about 5 so i speak from experience. Taking care of a 92 year old is a lot easier thanks to the medicine shop. The one my mom used in DeLand is excellent as well.”

“I went into this store today a little before 4pm. My children wanted subs. There was ONE young lady working . A line of three with myself included. ALL ALONE!! Staying calm, never breaking pleasant customer service but coming from similar issues at my employment I knew if it was me I wouldn’t have. She was very efficient and definitely not moving slow but do to customer requests and specifications etc etc it takes time Finally after 15 another lady comes to help her and “ lady helping all of us says …. There are online orders coming in, one of which is due in 2 mins”, lady who had finally walked up, took all the online order slips, clipped them up in front of our lady and walked off. The WHOLE reason for this post is because I was an idiot and never got “ out ladies name” but I hope she sees this and k owes that tonight, someone is truly appreciating the service you gave us today and the work you may or may not be recognized for but deserve to be. Thank you. P.S. YOU made shopping a pleasure today”

“We will be moving to Port Orange next week & we were currently using Walgreens for a prescriptions & constantly had problems with them. I went to CVS which will be in walking distance. They are so friendly, they helped me transfer all my medications over to them, CVS app is so much more accurate & easier to use. I have now had several prescriptions filled & very pleased with the switch. I hope CVS continues to do an awesome job!”
“I cannot stress enough how incredible this Walgreens is and their photo department. My husband recently passed away at a young age and I needed some pictures specially done ASAP the day before his funeral. The young man who helped me was absolutely incredible, kind and so sympathetic to my situation. He was truly an angel and I was so blessed to have him help me. All the employees here are extremely pleasant it’s very refreshing to receive such a wonderful customer service because I feel like that’s a lacking in so many places these days.”

“Honestly just want to say how amazing this pharmacy is. I just saw a bunch of bad reviews and it makes me wonder how.Maybe a few years ago but not in the last year that I’ve been going.My toddler seems to be prone to catching any and every sickness that anyone has. & it’s always the most inconvenient times when the pharmacy is either REALLY busy or about to close. Yet Jerry is always able to take care of us.Tonight was no exception. I went in 25 minutes before closing just to see if there was any possibility of getting my toddlers prescription that was sent in an hour before. I knew there was a big chance it might not be possible and I wasn’t going to argue or make my case because I saw how busy they were.However, the person up front was super kind and understanding of my toddlers age and the pharmacist Jerry ( who is always top tier nice/understanding) was able to expedite it for me.I do not expect in the future for that to happen and I will never assume that will happen again. But Jerry is always really great at working with me even when I’m sure it’s crazy on his end.I just want to say how much I appreciate him and the team. As a mom, it’s really hard to see my kids suffer and being able to rely on my pharmacy is huge.Thank you again. ( I think the pharmacists name is “ Jerry” if not then I’m sorry! )”

“I am SHOCKED…. At how amazing the customer service is at Community Pharmacy of Port Orange.I recently picked up medications for the first time from this pharmacy. I called about 30 mins before they closed to see if I could pick up an Rx. I thought I would be there in under 5 mins, however, I realized that I went to the wrong pharmacy. I was actually about 10 mins away, but at that point I thought they would have closed for the day. It was about 1:55pm and I had 7 mins left on my GPS.The pharmacist called and asked where I was. I told him I would be late, I went to the incorrect location. He told me, “I will wait for you to get here”And he waited!!! I couldn’t believe it! Any other store would’ve just told me to get lost and come back another day. I felt like the pharmacist actually cared that I got what I needed. He was also super polite, a gentleman. He didn’t make me feel bad about my stupid mistake and told me “Don’t worry, these things happen”.And to emphasis this again- amazing customer service. I had even been a customer/patient there for more than 30 mins and I was already shown more respect and kindness than I could imagine. I wish I asked the pharmacist for his name. Next time I will be sure to do so.To the pharmacist/pharmacist tech who helped me out a THANK YOU!And from now on, I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone.”
