The absolute BEST UPS store in central Florida. Very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful crew. I have experienced many years of going to various UPS Stores in the Orlando and Daytona Beach areas and this store is amazing. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Deborah for reaching out with much better customer service than the person I spoke to on the phone. It's nice to know someone wot integrity works there. UPS definitely needs to change policy and hold drivers accountable.

Customer service at this location was above and beyond expectations. I had some trouble with a return, and a young lady figured it out and took care of the entire thing for me.
