(At store 4) in Daytona!!My new hat blew out of the boat and I was unable to find the replacement online- so I reached out to the store- and luckily Kyle was able to save the day!!! Found the hat; got me in contact with customer service; and hopefully i will have my “new fave” hat back in a matter of days!!!”
“Love this shop! We came to Daytona a couple of years ago and bought some merch, and it held up so well that we decided to come back and shop again. They have a great selection of merchandise, and the quality is much better than your typical beach shop. I always love the designs on the shirts — they’re unique and stand out. Definitely a great place to grab something you’ll actually want to wear and keep!”
“I’m a fan of under armour clothing. I really enjoy going to this store as well as ordering online, there always seems to be a great sale going on.
Recently a family member bought me several shirts that were too large and the team at this store allowed me to return them still new with the tags and the change it for the correct size.
Really great customer satisfaction skills, I am a loyal customer and I’ll be back again.

“The whole reason we came to this specific shop was to purchase a gator head. My husband needed a particular size, and we weren't finding what we needed in other shops. We visited once while we were still looking for the best option and returned once he decided to get one here. The one he found had minor damage (probably from sitting out and being handled by customers), but it was fine. He happened to see more behind the cashier. The cashier gladly let him look at all the heads until he found the perfect one. He was kind and took extra steps to ensure that the gator head was protected and safe for travel.
As for the shop, it was very clean and well organized. Prices were consistent with what you would expect to pay in a tourist area. Also getting to see the baby alligators was fun. They were super cute.”

We were shopping for comfy office shoes for my husband and found a few that fit him with better heel support than his old kicks. I also bought a few Adidas sneakers that I liked.
We'd go back here again for comfy affordable brand name shoes.

“Young lady that helped us out in the shoe area was very nice and lent my uncle her shoe horn to slide into his new sneakers. He got the shoes and she told us where he could buy a shoe horn a few stores down since they did not sell them there”

“Shout out to store manager, Elise!!! I make hats for fun. She’s helped me twice and both times she went above and beyond to make sure that my design was exactly how I wanted it. She followed up with me every way not just with an email but with pictures as well. she gave me great input, but most importantly, she took the time to really understand the vision I had for this hat. “Nolan was an awesome tour guide for the St. Augustine Tour adventure. He was kind, helpful and has a wealth of knowledge about the wildlife on the St. Augustine waters. We were able to see all different types of birds, a few turtles, few crabs, and a dolphin. I also got to learn how to use a paddle-board. Nolan did a great job encouraging everyone and making sure everyone was doing ok. It was a lot of fun for our family and it should be on your “must do” list when you come to St. Augustine.
