“I absolutely love The Copy Shoppe! Nan is so kind, patient, and genuinely fun to talk to. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and helps me figure out the best options for what I need. As a tutor, I go to them for my teacher resources, printing, and materials, and I always feel taken care of. It’s so nice having a local shop where the customer service feels personal and you know they actually care about helping you. Highly recommend! 🤍”

“I was in a bind and found Alpha through a google search. I had a hearing the following day in Seminole County and they accepted the job, made 3 sets of exhibit copies (over 2000 pages) and delivered it the following morning to the courthouse. They were extremely professional and accommodating. I will use them again.”

“I was in rapid need of a new table cloth with a first aid logo on it for a medical standby event that my company is being commissioned for. After speaking with Josh @ PRINTER one stop print shop, I felt as ease knowing that I was in good hands. 4 days later my print job was done and I gotta tell you, I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work!! From the very first call, Josh displayed professionalism that superseded what I expected!! That coupled with their work, there is no need to ponder about or wonder to another company!! I highly recommend their services to any one who is looking to get great quality work, that is professionally done and in a timely manner!! !!!!!!!They are #1 in my book!!!!!!!”

“I am not one to leave reviews often… but all I can say is AMAZING things about this company and their high quality work. We had an Autism Awareness Walk to go to and our cricuit broke the day before. He was willing to help us out at the last minute and make the shirts for us at a reasonable price. We are definitely going to be using them for more shirts going forward. Thank you Jett Printworks!!”

“Richard and Carlos and the rest of the team do amazing, beautiful work. I have used Creative Printing and Publishing for numerous projects, including big runs of 100-plus page full color booklets. They come through every time, are super helpful, they scrutinize, catch and help correct issues I may have missed, and the quality of their printing is extraordinary. I highly recommend them. Great people and a great business.”

“Cannot recommend these guys enough! I was in a last-minute bind for an event after my DTF transfers were delayed, and they came through the very same day. They worked with me quickly, communicated well, and only charged a very reasonable rush fee. Especially compared to some of the other quotes I got, it was clear they genuinely wanted to help rather than take advantage of the situation. Great people, great service — I’ll absolutely be using them again.”

“Every single time I go to this UPS store, Caleb is so helpful and polite and treats each customer with the utmost courtesy and professionalism that I just had to leave a review. I love this UPS location more than all the others in this area because of how they treat their customers. Very positive experience! Highly recommend.”

“I went to three FEDEX stores before finally finding this place. I needed to send back my AT&T modem. When I walked into the store there were three very tentive employees all eager to help me get my equip. shipped out. I told them my aggrevation with the amount of time it took me to find a FEDEX store that could help me. They apologized although, in my opinion, this is the fault of AT&T - they should tell customers that only certain locations take unboxed equipment. Anyway - I must say that this was my most fun FEDEX experience I have ever had. The team was playful with one another, which I appreciate a good team that has fun at work but still gets the job done. They were eager to help and attentive to their customer. They were all very polite - which is rare these days. Overall, I cant wait to ship something out again and I will never go to another FEDEX as long as I shall live...in Lake Mary. Please send my best wishes for a great New Year to this awesome crew.”

“Love, love this UPS location. The staff are very helpful. I shipped a large package and the front desk staff helped me save money on shipping by helping me understand which delivery method to choose. They also assisted me with printing and scanning important documents I had to ship for my taxes. In and out in less than 30 minutes.”

“We have communicated with you and designer has sent over several proofs for approval - no order has been made for the ice-cream Cup or deposit made. the design, fees county, contractor was $3500.00 not $4000. We have also advised to set up appt and come meet with us; we have done work in the past for you and worked very well on your Car topper we manufactured. With this said and, in several messages, we want to work with you as we did before, we did send designs that were worked up to you for approval. We do many props for outdoors and never have had any issues with approvals with city. Thank You”

“I stopped by the Lake Mary location this evening and was helped by a gentleman who went above and beyond. I arrived at the last minute with an important express drop-off, and he kindly made sure my packages were shipped out on time. Honestly, he was a lifesaver—I really needed those to go out tonight! His exceptional customer service inspired me to come here and leave this review. I’ll find out his name soon and update this, because he truly deserves a big raise and then some for his help. Thank you for the outstanding service—absolutely unbelievable! That means a lot to me you just don’t know.”

“I have now used this UPS to return amazon purchases a few times and I can confidently say it’s the best UPS I’ve ever been to. I used to hate going to process returns because the employees at other stores would make it a nightmare to deal with but this location has so far been very pleasant and fast.”

“The managers, Mike and Christina are amazing. They make you feel like family when you walk into the store, they greet you with a genuine smile and they listen to what you need. They suggest what is the best cost effective way to ship your item. The store itself, super clean and well stocked. If I could give them a 10 star.”
