Came to the UPS on County Rd 46 in Lake Mary and received great service. I needed express envelopes because I ship frequently and have been going to my local UPS in Sanford but they seem to never have any envelopes. I went to the Lake Mary location today to return some Amazon packages. I didn’t realize I had to print the labels, but Caleb was so helpful and kind. He made the process so easy, and the fee was super small (like just over a dollar). The level of customer service was what stood out the most. Genuinely a great experience!
