“Millie was the best! I had not had a good start to my day due to imbeciles that can’t respect speed limits inside a 20 MPH HOA community, so I was super frustrated to say the least. As soon as I walked in the office, she felt my frustration through my tone of voice and comment and reminded me that it was a good day, because at least, we were alive. She made a very good point, so that helped me shift my demeanor to a less frustrated one. She then told me about how someone had rear ended her car the night before and that it could have been worse, so that definitely put my problem into a different category. The no problem category. ?. Needless to say, Millie was super cordial and very accommodating, because I was 30 minutes late due to my early morning incident. She gave me plenty of time to bring back the cargo van and even after bringing it back 25 minutes late, due to another issue we had with the appliance we were picking up, she was super chill. I was very happy with the entire experience, from making the reservation to my interaction with Millie, so I’m definitely renting again from this location. Thank you Millie! You are DA BEST!”

“I hate moving long distance but when I do, Penske is always the best value and the most days. My latest move was from Fl to NY and I rented the car carrier as well. My some did all the driving but we got home safe and sound. The car carrier handled my car without incident and the 16' truck was just the right size for what I was taking. I always have a great experience with Penske and the pricing is decent, especially in that there are no extra mileage charges. I highly recommend them. Also, you do better price wise if you call them and ask for a better price. Don't book online first or if you do, definitely follow up with a call. They are usually willing to provide additional savings if you call.”

“Do NOT make the mistake thinking every UHaul dealer is the same. They aren’t. There are a lot of moving parts that go into just picking up and returning a rental. It takes great management and structure to make this a seamless and easy process. These guys made it just that. Walked in, gave info, got keys, returned it next day, left. They handled ALL the rigamarole for me and we’re ultra accommodating. This is the way it was meant to be, because Lord knows if you NEED a moving truck, you already have a hard day ahead of you. Thank you! Really nice family runs this place. Great customer service, polite and respectful. I’d come out of my way to use them again.”

“The Rinehart location is fine, the people are attentive and nice. But...I made a reservation with their call center, they had my email address from a previous rental 3 weeks prior, so they had all my info in the system. I got no text or email confirmation. The location did not have the reservation when I arrived, as a matter of fact, they could not find me in the system at all and I had to be re-entered from scratch. Lakeisha at the call center apparently deleted me from the system instead of creating a reservation. Call ahead to make sure the location has what you need before picking up.”

Airport, facing the blue roofs past the fence line).Park between the grass islands to be out of the way.To get to the dock follow the drive behind the building to the last set of docks on the curve. Park on the one with the ramps. If there are no ramps you are not there yet(3rd set of docks, only ones to get at coming this way).Good luck hope this helps at this location.”

“I rarely need to rent a trailer because I have my own but I purchased something that was to tall to fit in my enclosed trailer so I went online and reserved a trailer. When I went to the store I was standing in line waiting for the sales associate and I somehow ended up on the yelp reviews lots on single stars I was thinking I hope I don't end up regretting this. Well I can tell you the lady that was there was very professional and courteous to me and to the 3 customers in front of me. I had mentioned to her what I read on yelp and what I saw and she said yes those reviews are years old and people don't tend to post positive reviews.”
