“I hate moving long distance but when I do, Penske is always the best value and the most days. My latest move was from Fl to NY and I rented the car carrier as well. My some did all the driving but we got home safe and sound. The car carrier handled my car without incident and the 16' truck was just the right size for what I was taking. I always have a great experience with Penske and the pricing is decent, especially in that there are no extra mileage charges. I highly recommend them. Also, you do better price wise if you call them and ask for a better price. Don't book online first or if you do, definitely follow up with a call. They are usually willing to provide additional savings if you call.”

“I came by for a hitch installation appointment. Everything was as planned and was quick and efficient. What prompted me to leave a review was the amazing customer service I witnessed the hour I was there. You don’t really expect exceptional customer service from a business like this but they blew me away. I saw every staff member being very friendly, knowledgeable, and problem-solving. They brought me out a chair to wait on, offered me water while waiting, and were so gentle with this very elderly couple who came by confused. They called other businesses nearby for people when they didn’t have something in stock for customers. Incredible place and I’ll definitely be back for any needs they can fill.”
