“Great experience. Bob was so helpful as a Penske Truck Rental Agent. He taught me how to navigate and pull a car trailer. When I was having difficulty in Texas, I called Bob and he walked me through the process of disconnecting the trailer. D C Moore is terrific!”
“I hate moving long distance but when I do, Penske is always the best value and the most days. My latest move was from Fl to NY and I rented the car carrier as well. My some did all the driving but we got home safe and sound. The car carrier handled my car without incident and the 16' truck was just the right size for what I was taking. I always have a great experience with Penske and the pricing is decent, especially in that there are no extra mileage charges. I highly recommend them. Also, you do better price wise if you call them and ask for a better price. Don't book online first or if you do, definitely follow up with a call. They are usually willing to provide additional savings if you call.”

“I rarely need to rent a trailer because I have my own but I purchased something that was to tall to fit in my enclosed trailer so I went online and reserved a trailer. When I went to the store I was standing in line waiting for the sales associate and I somehow ended up on the yelp reviews lots on single stars I was thinking I hope I don't end up regretting this. Well I can tell you the lady that was there was very professional and courteous to me and to the 3 customers in front of me. I had mentioned to her what I read on yelp and what I saw and she said yes those reviews are years old and people don't tend to post positive reviews.”
“The gentleman at the Sanford Fl. location was extremely helpful! He knew I needed a car hauler. He called me to explain he didn't have one but would be trying to locate one for me. Within 24hrs he called me back and let me know one was located. He found out it needed a tire. He called to let me know and assured me he was getting it fixed before I arrived for pickup. All was good! He communicated every step of the way. He was delightful to speak with and has great customer service. Thank you for making my stressful situation easier.”
